FuelSpot is an app for iPhone and Android: open it and it tells you which petrol station to use, how much you save on the fill and whether the detour eats that saving.

Why doesn't the price match the one on the pump?

Prices are official publications that are updated from time to time, not the price on the pump right now. Each petrol station's card shows when it was published. If you see a wrong one, tap Wrong price.

I don't have GPS or don't want to turn it on.

Search for an address or set a point with Go to a point. FuelSpot recommends from there until you use your location again.

Which countries does it work in?

Spain, France, Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, with what each country publishes. In Germany, the large cities. In Austria, the cheapest in each district, which is what E-Control publishes.

Where are the ads and how do I remove them?

Below the Nearby and Favourites lists, and sometimes full screen when you come back from the maps app. Never on the map, the recommendation, when you tap Navigate or in Android Auto. You can remove them in the app with FuelSpot without ads.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the app. Your data lives on the phone and there is no account to delete; price alerts on the server are deleted when the notification token stops being valid. More detail in the privacy policy.
